Refund Policy - Vededucation Institute Of Skill Development and Consultancy Services. (Ved Store)

(For Certification Courses & B.Voc Programmed affiliated with Madhavi University)

1. Purpose This policy outlines the rules and procedures for the refund of fees to students who withdraw or cancel their admission from Certification or B.Voc programs offered in affiliation with Medhavi University.

2. General Guidelines All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or in-person at the institute office.

Refunds will be processed only through the original payment method or to the account holder who made the payment.

Admission/registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Refund Schedule (As per UGC Guidelines and Medhavi University Norms.)

4. Special Cases Course Cancellation by Institute: If Ved Education Institute (Ved Store) cancels a course, a full refund of tuition and registration fee will be processed within 15 working days. Medical Withdrawal: In case of severe medical conditions supported by certified documents, up to 75% refund may be allowed at the discretion of the management committee.

5. Processing Time Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval. Students will be informed via email/SMS once the refund has been processed.

Refund Policy – Ved Education Institute (Ved Store) (For Study Abroad Programs: MBBS, Nursing, Engineering, etc.)

Effective Date: 02/04/2025 Applicable to: All students applying for foreign university admission via Ved Education Institute (Ved Store) (Russia, Georgia, Europe, etc.)

1. Purpose This policy outlines the terms under which refunds will be issued for students who apply for admission abroad through Ved Education Institute (Ved Store) and later wish to cancel or withdraw.

2. Registration/Consultancy Fee The registration or consultancy fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including All:

Change of mind Failure to meet university eligibility Non-clearance of visa Parent/guardian decision

3. Tuition Fee Paid to Foreign University Ved Education Institute (Ved Store) acts only as an admission facilitator. Any tuition fee paid directly to a foreign university is subject to that university’s refund policy.

Ved Education Institute (Ved Store) will assist in communicating with the university but does not guarantee refunds of fees paid to foreign institutions.

5. Flight Tickets, Travel, and Insurance These are to be handled by students or third-party travel agents.

Ved Education Institute (Ved Store) is not liable for any travel-related cancellations or refunds.

6. Force Majeure No refund shall be entertained for cancellations due to circumstances beyond control such as war, pandemics, travel bans, or diplomatic issues.

7. Processing Time If eligible, refunds will be processed within 30 working days of written cancellation request, along with required documents (receipt copies, bank details, ID proof).

8. Cancellation Request Procedure All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the official email: Email: admin@vededucation.co.in Subject Line: Refund Request – [Student Name] – [Program/Country]
Attach student ID proof, fee receipts, and reason for cancellation.

9. Declaration by Student At the time of admission, the student must sign a declaration agreeing to this refund policy. This ensures legal compliance and minimizes disputes.
